Susanville Choral Society

2021-2022 Concert Season

Liudmila Mullin, Founder/Director of the Susanville Choral Society

The Susanville Choral Society is off to another fine start with the 2020-2021 concert season, with music selected and rehearsals already underway.

This year our concerts will feature the music of some of the world’s most famous composers as well as the works of many lesser-known composers. We’ll explore classical works from prior centuries along with some contemporary classical pieces, pop tunes, and folk music. As we like to say, we’ll perform music from Bach to Bacharach and beyond!

This season’s concerts will continue to be held inside the Susanville United Methodist Church in the city’s historic uptown neighborhood, where we are able to take advantage of the wonderful acoustics of the building, a concert grand piano, and a fabulous recently upgraded pipe organ. We will continue offering our concerts to the public free of charge, relying on donations from our patrons to cover production costs.

The Susanville Choral Society is comprised of members of the community who enjoy working collaboratively to produce choral music for personal enrichment, and for the enrichment of the listening public. If singing is something that you enjoy, please consider joining us.
